Alina Richard Brennaman (b. 1981, Kansas, USA) is a self-taught artist, archivist, researcher, and writer. Her work focuses on sound, radio, and experimental media, developed through years of involvement in DIY punk communities, underground music scenes, and independent travel. Since 2014, ARB has been creating radio works, and since 2019, has hosted a weekly show on WFMU. Having lived in various locations and traveled widely, she draws inspiration from cultures that exist beyond mainstream visibility. Her work documents and amplifies subversive voices while operating independently of both capitalist and academic frameworks.
